Volume #1 - Welcome to Cliqué!

HI THERE! 

I’m Yane - So excited to welcome you to the Cliqué email list.

To start this journey together, ask yourself: what is holding you back from achieving your goals? By goals, I don’t necessarily mean career-wise, but about the best self-version you aim to be (hint: this is a life-long journey)

My goal with this community is to co-create spaces to thrive in three topics that have transformed my life:

1. Mindfulness: How do I connect with myself? How do I take smart risks? How do I learn to be alone and enjoy my own company?

2. Wellness: Have I loved my body the way it needs to get me through the next 40-50-60-70 or even 100 years? Have I learned to listen to my body? How am I investing in feeling better in my own skin?

3. Wealthness: Am I avoiding facing my financial reality? How do I create generational wealth? How to negotiate a salary raise?

And YOU’re not alone.

Before disconnecting for today, let me give you a quick bio of myself:

I’m a woman of color, Puerto Rican and Latina from Bayamon, who considers herself a nomad and believes in the power of community to heal and grow. I have lived in 5 countries and currently work for LinkedIn in NYC. While my family gave me one precious thing, primary and high-school private education, I took it from there and worked hard to achieve my goals. I know what it is like to change your life without knowing the outcome, to start from zero after breaking up a long-term relationship, to face the fear of not being a native speaker, and to take student loans to study. I was also afraid of credit cards, didn’t know how to negotiate my salary, and had many other learning experiences and risks.
